10gbet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. General Terms

10gbet (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the 10gbet website and mobile application.

1.1 Eligibility

To use 10gbet's services, you must:

10gbet offers the following services: Sports Betting (cricket, football, tennis, and more), live/in-play betting, casino games, and a range of promotional offers. 10gbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service on the platform at any time.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account with 10gbet, you must provide accurate and complete information. If false details are submitted during registration, 10gbet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method, all such accounts will be closed and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

10gbet may request identity verification (KYC) at any time for security purposes. Verification is typically required in the following situations:

• When making a large withdrawal for the first time.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected.

You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, Passport, or Driving License, and proof of address if needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your account password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. 10gbet is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

3. Payments & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

10gbet currently supports the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally free of charge, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account verification (KYC) must be complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Withdrawals are only available once the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been completed.

Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Bank transfers may take 12–48 hours. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

10gbet supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, conversion rates may apply and associated fees may be charged.

4. Bonus Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• The minimum first deposit is ৳500.
• The bonus will be credited to your account automatically.
• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of registration.
• A 30× wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A minimum amount of betting — known as wagering — must be completed before bonuses and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering calculations generally include:

• Only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or above will count.
• Cashed-out bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Certain games or events may be excluded from wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting risk-free profit through coordinated arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account suspended.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are considered final. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 10gbet reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly and may shift before your bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered confirmed once you see the "Bet Accepted" message — until then, it has not been placed.

5.3 Cancelled & Suspended Matches

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets placed on that event will be refunded. For partially completed matches, results will be determined in accordance with the relevant sporting rules.

5.4 Cash-Out Feature

A Cash-Out option is available on selected bets, allowing you to settle a bet while the match is still in progress. The Cash-Out value always reflects current match conditions.

5.5 Maximum Payout Limit

Each bet has a maximum payout limit, which may vary depending on the bet type and sports category. The maximum payout on a single bet can be up to ৳50,00,000.

6. Responsible Gaming

10gbet believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. We place the highest priority on Responsible Gaming.

6.1 Self-Exclusion Tools

10gbet provides the following tools to help you manage your betting activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once losses exceed a set limit.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a complete break from the platform for an extended period.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Account Suspension & Termination

10gbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or engage in any form of fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.

You can also contact support at any time to request account closure. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing your account.

10. Changes to Terms

10gbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
